We're a small team, but we take every message seriously — you can expect a reply within a couple of working days. If you're a man looking for a session, tell us roughly where you're based in Fife and we'll point you to the nearest one. If you're thinking about volunteering but not quite sure, tell us that too — half the people who become our best health champions started by sending a tentative message saying they weren't sure if they were right for it. (They were.)
If you're an organisation and you want to talk about a formal partnership or funding, we're always up for that conversation. We're clear about what we can and can't take on, and we'll give you an honest answer quickly.
